Mark MyGrant holds my respect and support for a meritorious job at Sutton Middle School and North Atlanta. This action from last Friday is a pathetic distraction and in no way adds to the betterment of this neighborhood learning environment!

I just heard that the school is looking to move the school to possibly The Dump furniture store and take the land under eminent domain. Why the dump? Is it going out of business? Channel 2 News just made the announcement.

I had a few favorites all for different reasons but none the less favorites: Mrs. Helen Boyd, Mr. Bob Grillo, Dr. Frutiger, Dr. Heller, Mr. D’Andrea, Mrs. Lurie, and Mr. Barnhart. All were great in their own way. Found a few on facebook. Still in touch with one and would sure like to know how the Boyd’s are doing.

Mr. Cecil Cook was a kind, patient and encouraging teacher. He truly believed in his students. Ms. Johnnie Mae Tippen was tough but infinitely wise. I still think of her quotes often.
